USA Return & Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy for our USA customers, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✔️ Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

✔️ Must include a receipt or proof of purchase

✔️ Return must be approved by our team before shipping it back


📌 Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@layoverandco.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

📦 Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

⚠️ Important: The customer assumes any risk of damage, theft, or loss of goods during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

-Your item is defective or damaged

-You received the wrong item

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

🚫 Personalized or custom-made items (such as engraved products)

🚫 Gift cards

Exchanges

📌 Exchanges are NOT available for USA orders.

If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order separately

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.

✅ If approved:

You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
